Our facilities are rented only to alumni, staff and former staff, and community groups who have a relationship/affiliation with the school.
All requests that meet the above criteria must be recorded in a formal application and submitted to the Management Team for approval. Please review fees, policies and conditions prior to submitting your application.

A response to your application can generally be expected within 7 working days.
Facilities available for rental include:
- Ackerman Hall (capacity 250) – available only when school is not in session.
- Great Hall – Parrott Junior School(capacity 200)
- Memorial Chapel (capacity 200 downstairs, 75 balcony)
- Wedding Photographs - Outside/Inside
- Gymnasium – Monday & Wednesday 7-9 p.m. only
- Classrooms – evenings, weekends only
- Fields – provided no conflict with athletic schedule
- Residences – Approximately 3rd week of June to 2nd week of August
Please note:
Smoking is not permitted anywhere on campus.
Alcohol is allowed only when students are not on campus (i.e. break, weekends or summer). A liquor license is required for an event that has alcohol. We prefer that events held at the school be non-alcoholic.
