Beyond Albert

Where do our graduates go after Albert College? 100% of our graduates continue their education at the post-secondary level at various schools around the world; Queen's University, University of Ottawa, McGill University, Duke University, University of Toronto, University of the Arts (England), University of Western Ontario, University of Spain, Maastricht University (Germany) and Acadia University, just to name a few.

While the studious schedule and rigorous academic programming prepare students for post-secondary studies, the skills and life lessons that students learn at Albert College take them well beyond. Here are just a few of our alumni from around the world.

Loralee Craig ’00

Although Loralee Craig ‘00 admits her visit to Zanzibar, Africa was her first volunteer experience abroad, it’s clear she’s a natural at helping others. As we sit talking, she’s still flushed from an early morning walk to fundraise for seeing-eye dogs.

A close friend of the Jinah family, Loralee jumped at the opportunity to volunteer through AJ Cares, a foundation in memory of the late Ameer Jinah ’02. Loralee’s skills as a dental hygienist were needed at a village for abandoned and orphaned children in Zanzibar run through a Canadian organization called SOS Children's Villages Canada.
