What we do differently
English Foundation Year (EFY), a specialized one-year innovative language instruction program is offered to students learning English.
A “flipped classroom” approach to teaching occurs in some classes. Students watch the lesson before class and then receive individualized attention from the instructors working on assignments or homework during class time.
Arts period ensures students have time in their schedule to participate in arts activities (school production, band member) during the day and athletic activities (team practices) after school.
Senior students have the opportunity to travel internationally each year on the Community Service Trip. Past locations have included Ecuador, Kenya, Ghana and this year students will travel to Tanzania.

We chose Albert College (AC) for our three children because of the welcoming family environment. Academic Advisors create a supportive learning setting that appreciates individual strengths and weaknesses. The importance AC places on learning skills will serve our children well in the future.
Scott and Elizabeth Cameron
Applying to university from Albert College is unique because as time continues you've unconsciously built an impressive student portfolio through the Albert 5 'A's ─ Academics, Arts, Athletics, Active Citizenship and Adventure ─ that universities are seeking.

Class of ’15
Albert College has taught my children from a very young age, what to expect of themselves. Students are encouraged to develop their talents, study habits and self-esteem. The confidence instilled in my children is the greatest gift they could graduate with.
Dr. Sue Marinovich
Albert College is a unique family environment. Teachers, parents and students work together helping our children succeed. Each child’s learning experience is put first and each day my children come home excited about what they have learned.
