Monarch Butterfly released from Albert College reaches Mexico

Albert College received a Certificate of Appreciation from Chip Taylor, Director of Monarch Watch, an international educational outreach program based at the University of Kansas. This certificate is in recognition of a butterfly that flew 3,460 km from the Albert College Jamie P’H Memorial Garden and reached the El Rosario Butterfly Conservatory in the Michoacan area of Mexico. Bermuda Shines at 2017 Convocation

Thirty-eight students representing ten countries graduated from Albert College in Belleville, Ontario, Canada, including three of Bermuda’s own - Sasha Griffin, Sergio Griffin Jr. and Tauriko Gibson. A Silver Medal for the U20 Boys’ Basketball Team

Albert College’s U20 Boys’ Basketball Team finished their division securing a spot in the final championship game on March 4 against the undefeated Bayview Glen Team. The Panthers travelled to Bayview Glen in Toronto and played the host team in the final game. The Albert College Panthers fell to Bayview Glen and took home the silver medal in the division.
