POSITION: Transportation Staff - Driver, Occasional Call In
Salary: $20 per hour
Starting Date: Immediate

The successful candidate will be self-motivated with good people skills.  The primary function is to provide safe, courteous, reliable and timely transportation for the students of Albert College. 

The routes include Kingston, Napanee, Prince Edward County East and West, before and after school with the possibility of school day trips.

Required:

Class “E“ Drivers License or equivalent
Class “B” Drivers License preferred
Vulnerable Sector Screen

POSITION: Finance, Database Support and Student Services Coordinator

Description: Albert College currently has a position available for a member of the Finance Office. Reporting to the Finance Office Manager and Chief Financial Officer, the successful applicant must have accounting experience directly related to account reconciliation and accounts receivables. The applicant will be responsible for developing and maintaining student, staff and family relationships, customer service operations in both the Finance Office and the Guild Shop, managing the client database including all families, donors and other College constituencies, all forms of payment, and coordination of all student support services.

Candidate must have:
•Accounting diploma or designation
•Strong aptitude for financial data
•Excellent Customer Service skills
•Database strengths

Teamwork and the ability to switch tasks in order to deliver a high level of customer service is essential.

POSITION:   Food Services Cook, Full-time

Starting Date: November 5, 2024

Position Summary:  The Food Services Cook works in collaboration with the Food Services Manager and ensures a quality food service program for the Senior School, Junior School and Early Primary Learning Centre (EPLC), which includes overseeing the day-to-day operations; preparing all components in the Senior School kitchen, daily snacks and requested special functions.

Preferred Qualifications: 
Two years of cooking experience (Red Seal is an asset)
Strong Baking Skills
Flexibility to work additional hours as requested and as possible

Other Assets:
Valid Driver’s Licence
Valid ServSafe or Serve Smart Certification
First Aid
