Grades 1 and 2 explore Biology at the Senior School

The Grade 1 and 2 classes began their day yesterday (October 1) exploring living things at the Senior School. After dropping their backpacks off in the cloakroom, they formed a line and walked together next door to the "Big School" where they met Mrs. Guse. Mrs. Guse teaches Biology to students in Grades 9 to 12 at the Senior School. Students carefully explored and observed some of the creatures that Mrs. Guse has in her classroom. They saw fish, a hamster, a fat-tailed gecko, and an axolotl and discussed their habitats, characteristics, and what they eat. Mrs. Guse answered questions and enjoyed introducing her classroom friends to young learners from the Junior School.

"Thanks for exploring the "Big School" Primaries! See you again soon." - Mrs. Guse
