Memorial Chapel and Ackerman Hall Accessibility Project

Help make the heart and soul of Albert College barrier-free

Our Head of School, Keith Stansfield, is retiring after 14 years and we are sad to see him go. To honour Mr. Stansfield, we have embarked on a campaign to raise $450,000 to provide a lift and an accessible washroom to ensure that everyone, no matter their challenge or disability, will have access to these spaces. By building a lift to remove barriers for those who are unable to maneuver our stairs, you will help ensure alumni, family members or community members wanting to visit this lovely historic building can have a barrier-free experience.

With your gift, Mr. Keith's Standfield legacy will live at Albert College for years to come and provide full access for Albert College events like the Shewfelt Lectures, the Christmas Carol Service and Remembrance Day ceremonies.

It is time to make the heart and soul of Albert College accessible to all.

If you wish to make a gift to the Memorial Chapel and Ackerman Hall Accessibility Project, please email the Director of Advancement, Helen Walsh, at hwalsh@albertcollege.ca.
